Working Principle for Linear Tunnel Type Bottle / Vial Washing Machine

The HMEC Linear Tunnel Type Washing Machine operates on a continuous, high-precision system to ensure absolute container cleanliness.

  1. Linear Transport: Containers (bottles or vials) are secured in a smooth, pocket-based gripping system and fed into the machine via a continuous linear transport. This ensures stable, gentle movement and minimizes the risk of breakage or scratching throughout the process.
  2. Multi-Stage Cleaning: As the containers move along the linear path, they pass through multiple dedicated washing zones (up to 4 to 6 customizable zones).
  3. Intensive Internal and External Wash: The containers are subjected to a sequence of up to 5 internal and 2 external washing cycles. These cycles use various media, including high-pressure Compressed Air, Recirculated Water, and purified media like DM Water and Water for Injection (WFI), to thoroughly dislodge and remove all particulates and residues, preparing the containers for a sterile filling environment.
