Precision Dosing Technology: Utilizes high-accuracy Servo-Driven Valveless Ceramic Pumps or Peristaltic Pumps to achieve filling accuracy of ±0.5% to ±1%, preventing product loss of expensive APIs.
Vacuum Stoppering System: Advanced vacuum-assisted stoppering ensures bubble-free stopper insertion, maintaining container integrity and sterility.
No-Container, No-Fill System: Intelligent sensors detect the presence of syringes; if a slot is empty, the machine skips the fill cycle to prevent wastage and spillage.
Aseptic Design (cGMP Compliant): Constructed with SS316L contact parts and SS304 non-contact parts. The crevice-free design allows for effective CIP/SIP (Clean-In-Place / Sterilize-In-Place).
Recipe Management: PLC-based HMI (Human Machine Interface) stores unmatched recipes for quick changeovers between different syringe sizes (0.5ml to 10ml) without tools.
Integrated Laminar Air Flow (LAF): Optional HEPA filter units provide a sterile air curtain over the filling zone, ensuring Class 100 protection.
IPC (In-Process Control): Optional integrated check-weighing systems with auto-rejection for over/under-filled syringes.
